HISTORY

Don Eduardo Taylor “Papa Lalo” established our coffee tradition in 1887.

Young Papa Lalo, at the age of 18, left Panama City to explore the rest of the country. After discovering the region of Boquete, Papa Lalo continued to Costa Rica to procure some coffee beans and was one the first to plant coffee trees in Boquete.

We are the fifth generation of Taylor continuing the legacy of Don Eduardo Taylor.

Throughout the years, we have upgraded our processing equipment. We introduced several new coffee strains. We adapted our cultivation methods to different market and climate conditions.
